304 Park Ave. South

304 Park Avenue South is a 12-story office building located on the corner of Park Ave South and E 23rd Street. The majority of the work at 304 Park Ave South is a part of the FISP Cycle 8C Repairs. STRUCTURAL has work on the West, South, Courtyards, and Main Roof elevations. Work was performed on a suspended scaffolding using outriggers and C-hooks.

The scope of work includes removing a fire escape, brick replacement and repointing, rebuilding parapet, lintel replacement, waterproofing, terra cotta repointing, pinning, and crack repair, windowsill replacement, stone repointing and patch repair, cast iron patching, window trim cover installation, glass lite replacement, cast iron mullions coating, and exterior steel stair repairs.

Just a month or two into the project, STRUCTURAL was awarded an additional scope to replace a large skylight, install railings, and remove a cooling tower and dunnage.
