STRUCTURAL offers certified rope access support services – an efficient and cost-effective way to perform hands-on inspections required for FISP. Our team performs highly specialized inspections using site-specific rope access techniques under the direct supervision of architects and engineers. We assist design professionals in initial surveying to present detailed inspection reports to building owners, including photographic evidence to support findings.

Compared to conventional access, rope access can provide a low-cost solution for limited building repairs and maintenance. And unlike typical swing stage scaffolding, rope access has little physical impact or intrusion on the building fabric.
Rope access not only allows you to be compliant with local laws, but provides greater coverage of the building allowing for more complete information to be collected and more accurate budgeting to be developed. As a result, both short-term and long-term building maintenance and capital improvements can be completed at a lower cost.

Following the completion of the investigation, STRUCTURAL is one of the few firms authorized to perform emergency repairs utilizing industrial rope access.
